Web URLs for myAppointmentNOW and myPatientNOW
Version: This functionality is available in 7.0.162 and above.
patientNOW provides 2 URLs (web addresses) for you to use on your website, on social media, or on emails to your patients. The address you use will depend on whether you are using both online scheduling and the patient portal, or just online scheduling.
Note: use of the links below requires that you have license(s) for myPatientNOW and/or myAppointmentNOW. For additional information, check out What is myPatientNOW? and What is myAppointmentNOW.
Patient Portal Only OR Patient Portal with Online Scheduling
Navigate to Administration | Data Tables, MyPatientNOW Configuration tab.
Right click on the URL field and select Copy.
Navigate to your email or other program, right click, and select paste. In this example you would have: https://www.MyPatientNOWdev.com/?<PID>
Make the following changes to the URL:
- Remove the carats (<> around PID): https://www.MyPatientNOWdev.com/?PID
- Add the = sign https://www.MyPatientNOWdev.com/?PID=
- Add the Practice ID. In this example it is 128 https://www.MyPatientNOWdev.com/?PID=128. Warning: this is an example only. You must use the URL and Practice ID from your patientNOW system.
Online Scheduling Only
Navigate to Administration | Data Tables, MyAppointmentNOW tab
Right click on the URL field and select Copy.
Navigate to your email or other program, right click, and select paste. In this example you would have:Navigate to Administration | Data Tables, MyPatientNOW Configuration tab.
Right click on the URL field and select Copy.
Navigate to your email or other program, right click, and select paste. In this example you would have: https://schedulingapp.mypatientnow.com/Account/Login/<PID>
Make the following changes to the URL:
- Remove the carats and the word PID(<>): https://schedulingapp.mypatientnow.com/Account/Login/
- Add the Practice ID at the end. In this example it is 128 https://schedulingapp.mypatientnow.com/Account/Login/128. Warning: this is an example only. You must use the URL and Practice ID from your patientNOW system.
